- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Poor service across the board. From rude tellers and management to bad online service and debit cards being cancelled multiple times for "security compromises" that they could not give me details on. Take your money and go somewhere else.By John Richardson, April 13, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Employees at the branch that I consider my "home" branch are always friendly. They greet me by name. They are efficient with my transactions. They make every effort to assist with any issues I might have. I cannot say enough nice things about them. I will say that when I attempted to get a home loan through Capital's mortgage lending department, the experience was not pleasant and I did not feel like a valued customer. I've stayed with this bank for more than 20 years through all its owners. I've had three mortgages/equity loans in the past that were always paid promptly via auto-pay. I've paid them off early. It was disappointing to consider myself a loyal customer and be treated poorly by the mortgage lending department. But, again, my local branch is wonderful!By rosemary bates, December 21, 2016
